6 - HEY, SWEET PEA CLASSES

The purchase of any class will be for one person only. The information provided by Hey, Sweet Pea, LLC during (but not limited to) the duration of the program shall not be shared, distributed, sold, or in any other way misused for anything other than educational material for the purchaser.

You hereby agree to not copy any of the material, in part or in whole, without the express, written permission of Hey, Sweet Pea, LLC. You also agree to not use any of the material, in part or in whole, to produce your own program, or class that would be deemed as competition to Hey, Sweet Pea, LLC. and any Hey, Sweet Pea Academy class.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently revoked your access to the material, in part or in whole, if you should abuse or neglect these terms.

7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

8 - REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. There are no refunds given for missing a class or failing to download any of the material. There are no refunds given for technical issues on the user-end (or due to any third party, including, but not limited to any Internet Service Provider) that prevent you from accessing any of the material. A 100% refund shall be given to the buyer by Hey, Sweet Pea LLC at the buyers request if the website is down and the content is unavailible for the 7 days scheduled for the class. If the content is available for part (if not the whole) of the 7 day period, no refunds will be given.

9 - ADVICE, DIRECTION, OR COUNSEL

Hey, Sweet Pea shall not be responsible or liable for any advice, direction, or counsel given during a class, or consultation session, or communicated via any method, albeit email, Facebook comment, etc.. Furthermore HSP shall not be responsible or liable for the results of any implementation (or lack there of) of any HSP recommendations.

10 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
